Monthly Performance Opportunities
Surf City Music School offers regular performance opportunities for our students to showcase their skills and boost their confidence. From music showcases every two months to larger recitals twice a year, students get to perform in front of an audience on both smaller stages and formal settings.
Learning new music skills is one thing, but being able to apply them and perform for an audience can enhance students’ musical confidence.
Ensemble Experiences
At Surf City Music School, we foster a collaborative environment where young musicians can come together and make beautiful music as a group. Students can experience the joy of playing alongside their peers, creating musical bonds that last a lifetime.
From rock bands to vocal ensembles and everything in between, our students have multiple chances to join ensembles tailored to their interests and skill levels. These collaborative experiences not only enhance their musical abilities but also teach valuable lessons in teamwork, communication, and creative expression.

Our Teachers.
Our instructors are Conservatory-trained performing musicians and educators. Not only do they have experience teaching students of all ages, but they also have experience performing in orchestras, rock bands, church worship groups and more.
